Lori Darley has been training leaders from a variety of backgrounds for the last twenty-five years. Her multi-faceted career has taken her into successful leadership roles around the world in the Arts, business and higher education. She has spent two decades developing specialized training techniques to support her clients in reaching peak performance capability through dynamic communication, conflict resolution and leadership skills. She is a Certified Somatic Coach which draws from the wisdom of the body to support the development of a leadership presence. She cares passionately about individuals’ abilities to express themselves authentically and fully in their professions, and to be able to use their gifts, talents, and competencies to make significant life contributions. Her vision is to support a world of people living and working in harmony with themselves, with others and with their environment. Since founding her own company six years ago, Lori has coached and trained for many organizations, from multi-national corporations like Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and Ferro Chemical to several entrepreneurial ventures.
