The Three Massive Mistakes Women Make Causing Them to Lose Respect, Struggle with Relationships, and Make Less Money – Is it just “head trash”, or are these real issues women face? In this motivational talk, Kay’s humorous stories reveal lessons she learned in her own life; going from shy, afraid to speak up and always focused on what was wrong with her to feeling confident, attractive and comfortable in her own skin. Learn tips on how to take your power back and stop judging and diminishing yourself, plus much more.

Chihuahuas Don’t Like Water – Discovering and Understanding Each Other’s Differences Through the Four Energy Prototypes – Things always seem so much easier when we know what we’re dealing with. The art of “Energy Reading” is an extraordinarily simple way of gaining insight into ourselves and those around us. In this very informative talk, you will learn the innate behaviors of the four different types and why people do what they do. “Energy Reading” is a fascinating subject and one which will supply you with as much entertainment as insight.

Being Memorable Makes You More Money – No matter how good your product or service, you are what sells. Being memorable is the key. It doesn’t matter how good you are at what you do if you don’t get noticed. From the moment a person sees you, you are already communicating. This non-verbal communication has to do with your clothing and presence. In this dynamic talk, learn about the four energy types and how dressing in your energy can mean the difference between dressing for success or dressing for failure. You will learn why copying fashion trends is not the answer. The secret to getting noticed and having more people attracted to you is to dress in your energy. You will come away with a better understanding of who you are and how to take your image to the next level, beyond the so-called professional look.

What Do Your Shoes Say About You? – Your shoes are our first clue as to the type of person you are, how you see yourself, and where you are headed. And, your shoes show us if you are planning to succeed.

Addressing Yourself Well Preceeds Dressing Yourself Well – How you talk to yourself will determine your level of success in life as it effects the quality of people you will attract as well as the quality of business opportunities. You will have more confidence to participate in great opportunities, with nothing to hold you back.

The Art of Dressing Well –Dressing well is a gift we give ourselves out of self-respect. It is our visual brand and lets others know what they can expect from us. Getting it right makes it easier to establish credibility and trust. We can speak less and do more because we look like we can get the job done right.

More Topic Details

What Do Your Shoes Say About You? – Your shoes are our first clue as to the type of person you are, how you see yourself, and where you are headed. Keeping them in mint condition shows us that you will take care of us in like manner. While you may not be where you want to be in life, investing in high quality leather shoes shows us that you respect yourself enough to invest in shoes that will help carry you well throughout the day. And, your shoes show us if you are planning to succeed.

Addressing Yourself Well Preceeds Dressing Yourself Well – How you talk to yourself will determine your level of success in life as it effects the quality of people you will attract as well as the quality of business opportunities. By constructively eliminating those negative tapes of self-destruction you will have more emotional and mental freedom. You will be better equipped to engage in each conversation throughout the day and pay attention to the other person more than yourself. You will be less stressed as you will not require all conversations to validate you as you already know you are irreplaceable. You will have more confidence to participate in great opportunities, with nothing to hold you back.

The Art of Dressing Well – When we know – not think or feel like, rather know – we are valuable we will show up each day dressed to expect great blessings to come our direction. We expect it. Afterall, nobody can do what we do the way we do it. Dressing well is a gift we give ourselves out of self-respect. It is our visual brand and lets others know what they can expect from us. Getting it right makes it easier to establish credibility and trust. We can speak less and do more because we look like we can get the job done right.

As a licensed professional counselor, Mark Felber works with individuals and couples as they struggle through life’s many challenges. He works with people who are codependent and are spending their lives so addicted to love that it affects every corner of their lives. He also helps individuals struggling with grief, personal losses, and life passages. As a licensed chemical dependency counselor, Mr. Felber is also trained to work with those who are struggling with an addiction.

As a clinical member of the American Counseling Association, and the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama, he brings to his role of psychotherapist, a toolbox of therapeutic techniques, a solid academic background and a genuine commitment to help his clients heal. His goal is to give them tools and skills they can use to live happier, more satisfying lives.

Mr. Felber draws on an educational background that includes a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Texas A & M and seven years of doctoral studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he explored a cultural history of intimate relations. He is both a licensed professional counselor and a licensed chemical dependency counselor.

But his commitment to his clients does not end with academic credentials. He has broadened his educational background through post-graduate studies and workshops in areas that he believes stand to benefit his clients the most. Rather than having simply one or two therapeutic models to use when working with clients, Mr. Felber has studied a variety of models that can be used to help clients understand their issues, develop new strategies and move further along the path to healing and growth.

Mr. Felber is trained to work with couples facing all types of situations, from those whose relationship has simply hit a rough spot and needs a little help to restore the intimacy of the past to those whose marriage is falling apart or seems beyond repair. Using Imago Therapy he helps couples recognize childhood wounds that affect their relationship, learn ways to really hear each other, and practice exercises that can revive a dying marriage and restore it into the vibrant, nurturing relationship it started out as. Couples also learn how to heal childhood wounds and reconnect with lost parts of themselves. Using solid skills, couples can create the relationship of their dreams and enjoy their life together.

More than merely a good listener or a sympathetic ear, Mr. Felber uses concrete tools and exercises that allow his clients to really make changes in their lives. As a therapist he is there all along the way to provide guidance, encouragement and support. But it is the client who is empowered to change how they see the world and go about the daily task of living. It is Mr. Felber’s goal to point his clients in the right direction, utilizing his natural empathy for others, while using therapeutic tools that light the way so that every individual can discover the person he or she was meant to be.

Tonya Hofmann is the CEO and Founder of Your Local City, Inc. She started her company as soon as she realized that there was a huge need to help business with their advertising and promotion needs. She began her company in February 2005 with just an idea of affordable advertisement. YourLocalCity.com was born but quickly found that there had to be more. So in 2006 she started the first Your Local City networking group. Tonya made an effort to bring together positive professionals who love to help each other. The groups are designed to give a little coaching to help the group members each meeting with their business or personal growth. Promoting businesses on the website and in person has made a huge impact on so many lives. The company is planning on continual growth throughout the United States so that everyone everywhere will be connected to the most positive and professional business owners there are.
