Our first child Cameron was born in May of 2011.</p>
<p>Since receiving my Master’s Degree in Aquatic Biology from Central Michigan University I have traveled the U.S. extensively as a corporate and private environmental consultant working on some of the largest natural gas pipelines constructed in the country. This experience allowed me to work closely with corporate executives, federal agencies, project design engineers and field construction staff.</p>
<p>As a corporate consultant for AECOM, The Louis Berger Group and 3D/International, I assisted companies such as Duke Energy, SoCal Edison/Edison Mission Energy, TransCanada Pipeline, Williams Gas Pipeline and Boardwalk Pipeline by ensuring environmental compliance on over 500 miles of Natural Gas Pipeline installation.</p>
<p>As an independent contractor I have worked with the Exxon Mobil, Williams Communications, Enbridge, Spectra Energy and Williams Pipelines. I have also been helped start up two inspection companies; the Wyatt Group and Sage Staffing Services.</p>
<p>Wanting a change, I began a career shift that has included working with Primerica Financial Services since 2003. In 2011, I continued my career shift and began working the #1 Business Coaching firm in the world and in Texas; ActionCOACH and N3Coaching. In Israel he took an interest in Advertising and Marketing and completed the &#8220;Israel Advertisers Association&#8221; course planning on a career in advertising. He soon moved into the world of Professional Services in Information Technology in the banking and retail industries.</p>
<p>After 20 years in the corporate world Bruce has taken a new path into the world of Public Speaking. As Malcolm Gladwell writes in his book <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Outliers</span>, “I have put in my 10,000 hours to enable me to be an overnight success.”</p>

She is recently retired as Director of Career Services and Student Employment for Collin College in Plano, Texas. Other career areas have included teaching in community colleges, developing and presenting adult education programs, serving as an administrator in higher education, and enabling business connections as a chamber of commerce executive. Through-out her career, Lydia has been involved in communicating information and inspiration to school, church, and community groups. Lydia has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Speech Communication from Northern Illinois University.
