Dr. Glen Earl has over 10 years experience working with families and children.  He is a former professor in child development, family relations, and psychology at Virginia State University, University of Nebraska, National University, and Argosy University.  In addition, he is a former Child Care Director at a University based day care center.

He has over 10 years of experience as an internal, as well as, an external organizational and business development consultant.  His process consulting model enables him to be successful in all types of organizations: from entrepreneurial start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies, from government and military to not-for-profit organizations and universities, to privately and publicly held companies, and across all types of industries.

Dr. Earl has ten years of experience working in international business and education development, training and consulting.  He has worked in: Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Formally, he was Senior Manager of Training and Organization Development at Dallas Airmotive and a Leadership Development Consultant with Countrywide Financial Corporation, where he helped create a Leadership Development program for a Fortune 100 company, with an audience of 9,000 managers.  Previously he was a Project Manager of Technical Training & Organization Development for EMC Mortgage Corporation.

Dr. Earl holds a Ph.D. in Organization Psychology from Alliant International University, located Los Angeles, CA. a MA in Family Relations from Eastern Michigan University and a BS in Child Development from the University of Utah.
